"Very spacious living space, wonder couch that everyone could fit around, nice that it had two separate rooms. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Wonderful stay."

"great location, Subway station, supermarket, major department stores, ¥190 to Umeda, Nana, doctor's clinics, small cozy restaurants near by. Sound proof room."

"Simply put one of the best hotels in the world. What a magnificent place."

"Very nice stay with wonderful everything."

"Travelled often to Japan so I already know the rooms are small, traveling for 19 days with 2 adults and one child. I am glad that I booked 2 rooms otherwise it would have been uncomfortable. I would avoid the breakfast next time and eat locally. Otherwise great location to public transport and many great restaurants."

"Uniquely decorated property, very industrial chic. About 5-10 minute walk from Umeda station with plenty around the area. Staff were very helpful when asked. Had laundry facilities. Only annoying thing (which to be fair we never asked for help with) was that the light in the water closet was on a sensor which would go out after like 20 seconds. Room was a good size with a living space which was nice after the tiny rooms of Tokyo. Excellent sound proofing. Would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely reception, quiet area with lovely restaurants nearby. Room is compact but comfortable. Disappointed by breakfast and not the nicest environment compared to lobby etc. but was useful for convenience Would recommend for a short stay in Osaka"

"Easy check in, very convenient with a 711 across the road. Appreciated the water access and free bottled water. Room was a good size with a great shower. Laundry facility didn’t dry clothes as well as we would’ve liked"

"Property was great, rooms are small but what you would expect for Japan. We didn’t have much interaction with staff so can’t say if they were helpful or not, checking in and checking out is all self service so not really rateable. Property was really clean, modern and nice though. Would recommend again. Note it’s about a 15 minute walk to a train station"

"Great location close to train station. We liked."
