"Great hotel, lovely staff, pathetic breakfast. We had a corner room for our family of three, and it was terrific. Huge bathroom, good sized beds, and the staff were very helpful. There were two issues; one minor and one major. The minor issue was the laundry. If you’re trying to wash & dry anything heavier than a t-shirt, plan on 3-4 hours. The major issue is the breakfast. We’ve been to many hotels in Japan and this one is the worst by far. No fresh fruit, all the baked goods were all over-baked and dry. Japanese and western options were all bad. That said, breakfast staff were great. "

"All great service, location is slightly tricky as you will end up walking 10 -15 minutes from Hotel. (it is right in the middle of the town but it is also 15 minutes walk to all transport service, however enjoyable walk)"

"Well located hotel, less than 10 min walk from main train station and conveniently located adjacent to new numerous restaurants, pubs, shopping and an entertainment district. Nice clean rooms on the smaller side but well appointed. "
