"Hervorragende Lage. Die Mischung aus mittelalterlicher und moderner Architektur des Hotelkomplexes ist sehr gelungen. Ideale Lage direkt am Rande der Altstadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Bar im alten Gebäude ist sehr apart gestaltet. Das Frühstück entspricht internationalem Standard; Auswahl und Qualität waren sehr gut. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass das Badezimmer nur über eine Badewanne verfügte und der Duschschlauch viel zu kurz war, was das Duschen äußerst umständlich (lästig)...

"Superbly located, modern hotel near the university, excellent restaurants and sights. The bed was quite comfortable, and the (air-conditioned!) room was nicely designed and appointed. There is a nice lounge with morning coffee downstairs and a small, but decently equipped and maintained workout room on the first floor. Staff were unusually nice to work with and helpful. Excellent four-day stay."

"We needed a place during the airport strike. This hotel is nearby the airport with a shuttle bus starting 06:00 am in the morning. Approximately 5-10 minutes ride to the airport. It’s a bit pricey for the standard and neighborhood but of course near the airport. Small room and toilet. Strange separation of the shower and toilet but everything worked fine. A bit of a walk to the small village center. Couple of nice restaurants down the strip and a supermarket. Nice restaurant inside the hotel...

"Do not rely on their airport shuttle. After waiting 30mins hotel staff said it was “stuck in traffic”. I ended up walking down the street and taking the bus. Breakfast buffet was overpriced"

"Residence Inn Brussels Airport was our favorite hotel of the trip. It truly felt like coming home after a full day of exploring. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the kitchenette was well equipped and very convenient. We also appreciated the excellent hair dryer, iron, and on-site laundry facilities. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The nearby bus stop made getting around easy, and Diegem train station was...

"The reservation process was easy. The location is a 5 minute drive from car rental return at Brussels Airport. The room was small but clean and the staff was very friendly. Great stay!"

"The staff was suoer friendly the room was clean. The halfway leading to the rooms is very dark, so thats a concerned. They also keep charging me every night event though I paid the room prior to my stay. They said it was a system error but after I checked out they charged me again. Those are the only negative things I can say. Breakfast was delicious"
