"This review is about a specific room I booked on Expedia. It was on the ground floor, at the end of a hallway. The room itself was fine, probably like all other rooms. "Amazing stay at Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites! The room was comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the valet parking service was excellent. Everything was wonderful, and we had a great experience with our family. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!"

"The room was spotless and pristine, just like a model home, and the ocean view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Everything was exactly as we had hoped! We were traveling with my in-laws, so the peaceful location a little away from the busy town center was perfect for us. They were absolutely blown away by the beauty of the place, saying, “This is paradise! Did we somehow end up in heaven?” It was wonderful to see them so happy! I would definitely come back for our next trip :)"

"The staff was great as there were a couple of issues with my reservation. But they were able to sort them out. I arrived early and was able to get into my room. Although I did book the room starting the night before on purpose. (I messed up the date coming from Asia) they were still able to accommodate me. Room was very clean had a balcony and a partial view of the harbor. Great sunset."

"I paid for the room as it has washer and dryer. I didnt pack enough as I was expecting to be able to wash my clothes. turned out, my unit did not have its dryer. it was on service."
