Above everything else, the two hostesses that interacted with me were very hospitable with top level customer service!!! 5 stars++ for them easily."

"The room was quite small with paper thin walls, could hear the neighbors and was on the same level as a parking lot so people were loud out there too. I did stay on NYE and New Year's Day and the whole city was shut down Jan 1, including housekeeping apparently. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not far from the Grote Markt."
