Clean and comfortable and about 10 minutes walk from the old town and 20 from the station.
Not worth shelling out another 20 Euros for a balcony room, though.
The hotel room itself is spacious and nice probably just need to put a little sofa or couch and some toiletries in the bathroom but overall i like it clean spacious and friendly staff😊
Place is clean, roughly 20mins by walk from Antwerp central most of all staff are very friendly and helpful! Probably just one thing to consider the time putting on supplies on the storage as it disturbs the guests
We visit Antwerp every 2-3 months. This is the only hotel in which we stay. It’s close to everything we want to see and do. The staff is fantastic. If you wish to pre-party, the bar is perfect.
The tram stop is 200 meters away and in two stops you are in the shopping district. The hotel is also very easy to get to by car. Bottom line, we will be back in a few weeks.
It's not a value for money considering the location and comfort offers. The bed was okay but pillow was terrible where I got a neck pain. Double bed with a single pillow was not good. The breakfast was average too. Definitely not worth the premium price that they charge for this average place.
The room did not have a phone to contact the front desk. We had to go downstairs whenever we needed assistance. Would be nice to have cups in the room.
The staff were very accomodating. The held some items in their fridge for me and heated up my food.
Love, love the purple color scheme.
Very quaint and pleasant boutique hotel.
Great location – close to a tram stop and you can easily walk to the central station or the Grote Markt. Check-in was super easy since you can just do it yourself. I booked a superior room, which was pretty big, the bed was really comfy, and the aircon worked well.
Only downside was there wasn’t even a cup in the room (not even a paper one), which was a bit annoying. Also, since the hotel’s quite big, it took me a while to find my room. But the front desk staff I spoke to were all really nice.
Handy for historic centre and the main sites - walking distance from Centraalstation. On first view the bright colours used inside the hotel were unusual but complimented the modern aspect. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, minimal noise from inside and out. Room had everything required. Staff very helpful. Only negative was room only had one very soft pillow though I suppose I could have asked for more. Would certainly use again when in Antwerp.
room was cold and air conditioning temperature could not be changed the staff told me is fixed by the hotel they simply offered me an additional blanket not a satisfactory solution tv only had french channels breakfast was very poor much better hotels available in the area would not recommend
This is a wonderful hotel with a modern architecture, a cozy interior decoration, a convenient position not too far from the opera, and an excellent quality/price ratio (75 euro per night in a single room). The hotel looks fantastic both outside and inside. My room was small but comfortable and very well lit. Very importantly, all staff at reception was super friendly and helpful with self check-in. I was happy to talk to them. The duvet was a bit narrow as it was not entirely covering the double-size bed, and I'd rather have found a plastic cup in the room, but these are minor details compared to the whole experience. Excellent stay, highly recommended.
Nice area of the city (close to the harbour, very walkable) with parking right outside. Nice, modern budget hotel, no frills, but clean and good condition. Comfortable bed.
Our issue was that we’d been sold a room for two adults and one child (9 yrs old, 1.50m) but arrived to find just one double bed, two pillows and two towels. We went to reception and were told that there were no children’s beds - either we’d need to sleep 3 people to 1 bed, or someone would have to sleep on the floor, albeit we were at least given another pillow, quilt and towel.
Hotels.com should not be selling this as a room for 3 people.
Only point of complaint is the failure to staff to check that I had added another night to my reservation. I am working 12 hour night shifts and I don’t know if I will require the next day.
I have been knocked up once and my card has failed to work 2/3 times.
I must say the gentleman that checked me in was awesome. Hotel is clean and quiet, good price and great location
