We had a fantastic stay at Novotel Antwerp. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, as well as the ping pong table and football goals. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and we also really enjoyed dinner at the hotel. We also loved that the hotel is dog friendly, which made our stay even easier as a family. Free parking, not a long drive to get to main Antwerp. The only downside was the sofa bed, which was quite squeaky and my daughter didnt stop moaning about it. Overall, a lovely family-friendly hotel with great facilities, delicious food and wonderful staff. We would definitely stay again

We were in one of the old rooms and it was warm so we kept the window open but there were so many mosquitos at night, the location is not very good either, industrial area and sometimes it stinks. Not clean, flies in the breakfast buffet.

Room was too warm. Air conditioning didn't respond - probably set to winter mode still. Parking was free but limited. Lots of Tesla spaces instead. Lovely breakfast selection and nice outdoor space.

We are often at this hotel. Hotel personal are very helpful and friendly all the time. And one of few hotels in Antwerp area, don’t charge parking and can travel with pet.

Novotel Antwerp is one of the hotel we stay so often. Building is slightly old and location is not the best but free car parking (which is rare in Antwerp) and hotel staff are very friendly.

We picked it for the free parking and it was easy access to both the hi way and 10 minutes to downtown. It’s a comfortable clean place with a very friendly and helpful staff and good food. It’s safe but not walkable. A bit of an industrial area but quiet, glad I had a car though.

Good, friendly & smooth

This was the third time I stayed at this hotel & that explains enough that I am happy with this hotel. I specially appreciate that there is good parking space & that it is free / included in the hotel room price. Also very good that food & drink options are available in the reception 24/7 if you arrive very late close to the night.

the photos do not represent the reality. you will stay in the middle of an industrial area. However, if you just want to have a room for sleep and either have a car or use taxi it is ok. Clean and pretty comfortable bed.
