"AMA Terrace is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the common area and shared facilities are useful and pleasant, and the staff are helpful and generous. Being able to do a load of laundry was a big plus too!"

"Amazing cottage set in a beautiful location with views of the surrounding mountains and forests that reminded us of Hawaii. The property features an outdoor onsen, a well equipped kitchen and is comfortably furnished throughout. Hana Mana is the perfect getaway for a couple or family visiting Yakushima."

"2階のテラスから見える、海、島、半島、全てが美しく、夕陽が海に沈む景色も見られます。
3泊したので、2泊目の朝食は土鍋ご飯でした。この日はアクティビティを三つ入れていたので、パワーチャージできました。お味も美味しかったです。
お部屋はワンフロアで、ゆったり過ごせる作りで、風呂タブも大きくて素敵でした。
冷凍庫にピザが用意されていて、ナイトツアーから帰って、夜食に食べました。
南部方面に行くには、時間かかりますが、奄美でゆっくりしたい私たちにはベストチョイスでした。"

"We really enjoyed staying here. The personnel were very helpful and the place was quiet and peaceful. The room was a spacious, 4-room/section place in a 120-year old cottage style, with modernized bathroom, nicely made in traditional onsen style. Better signage for the breakfast location would have been helpful. "

"We had a great time staying in Suginoko. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and organized. You can order a delicious packed lunch from them which is delivered at a very early time so even if you decide to depart for an early hike, you can still get them. "
