"Lovely hotel, spacious rooms with amenities provided, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The location is good if you like to go out drinking, clubbing etc however it is in the kind of red light district with love hotels everywhere so keep that in mind before booking. Overall 9/10"

"Excelente •••••••• 5 star The hotel is well-located ( just to couple of blocks to metro station, in fact very short walk to shinjuku station). Also down stairs there is a convenient store as well as good restaurants . The rooms are tiny but functional and clean. We had a room on the 7th floor with street view.Staff are incredibly very helpful and kind. In general this hotel has more in favour than against it."

"Great stay. Lovely room, went with queen size as lots of Japan hotel rooms are quite small. Easy travel to other neighbourhoods via metro which was max 12 min walk. In the busy area of Shinjuku which is interesting to walk through at night at times but felt completely safe. Close to other nearby areas E.g. Golden Gai, Omoide Yokocho and all the shopping areas. 7/11 right outside so great for morning coffee run! Would definitely recommend and stay here again if was in Tokyo!!"

"The stay was a lot better than I expected. The guests were quiet , place was fairly clean, there was a sauna, a TV, mirror in the capsule which I didn't expect. The only minor issue was that it was a little hot when I was sleeping and maybe a plug in wallflower fragrance because it can be slightly smelly due to the number of people staying there"
