I like the carpets. I like that it's spacious. I like the price. I didn't like the ants crawling on my bed and tables. I didn't like that they took my 50 RM deposit for having a late check out without letting me know that would happen in English first.
The room cleanliness is terrible. The floor don't think have been vacuum can see a lot of dirt. The toilet have a strong urine smell n look very yellow all around. The basin tap have a lot of black mold atain around. Pillows case look so yellowish. The whole experience for this hotel is terrible.

My TV is not working, ants in my room and the phone network sometime got problem, the rest is quite OK
Last time got manager dasmond service very good, now no manager, check in 3 pm still not readily, no slepper, no tea, no tissues, no soft pillows, no hanger, said maintenance come soon but no come no TV till tomorrow 11am,indian house keeping very lazy, no speak Malay, English, no toothbrush no this no that, see above, room licking, must refund money, hope to see manager
This very bad hotels. Last 2017 was ok. Now very very bad. The blankeks and everything they using same , no changes. I booked for 2 nights. N im check out after 1st night. Room smelly. Not hygiene at all. Even when ask receptionist. They no deny it. I have all recorded. This very silly if hotels.com didnt take out this hotel out from list.
Pros: Cheap, no frills hotel with free parking
Cons: Spoilt air con(fixed at request), dirty flooring that has never been vacuumed, no toothbrush and toothpaste, strands of hair in mini fridge(disgusting)...

Good side, affordable hotel that comes with simple free breakfast at the back of their hotel. And there's a restaurant right beside. And comfy bed to sleep in.
The not so good stuff, the toilet/shower was filled with urine smell despite even watering the whole floor. The corridor was leaking water at the level I was staying. TV only has 1 channel and the Wi-Fi doesn't work too.
TV Channels not fully available based on the hotel info. Not sure whether bed sheets or pillow cases were replaced. But, found ants under the pillow. And, wi-fi was only found to be ok during the second day of stay.

Three and half stars? This place does deserve to be 2 stars also. Sites must delist it. It’s an old small building in an area of JB where there’s nothing to do around barring few restaurants. The family room bathroom doesn’t have door lock.. is that supposed to be sexy? In a family room? Room is basic, corridor is narrow and dirty. But all above are yet not the biggest problem. It’s the service. Breakfast has just four items and by 930am one of them finishes and no refill. One of the day’s there was no bread for breakfast .. as they said bakery guy didn’t deliver today. The housekeeping staff are rude loud and utterly inefficient. It took us four phonecalls yet no one delivered the toothbrush kit. Finally I had to search and go into their inventory room and take from there. Toilet rolls not kept two phone calls and yet not delivered. At checkin time, we reached 1:30pm but the guy kept saying checkin only 3pm.. hardly hotel had 30% capacity full but he kept saying only 3pm. On a weekday in a family room of two queen beds, in a secluded hotel, you can expect zero occupancy. We were a family and that reception area has no comfortable seating place. The guy cudve said ok for family room I will try to give by (2pm) but he kept saying like a tale recorder only 3pm. So what happens, since he told the same to everybody, soon at 3pm all customers came and checkin process had a small queue. All to be handled by one inefficient guy.Wifi at this hotel was v ordinary.TV reception vpoor
We were given a room with air con unit broke down. Made a trip to the front desk to inform and we were to wait for repair man to repair in the same room. Until much time later , realised not able to repair, we made another trip down to change room, 2nd room was also with aircon unit broken down. Finally we were given a family room but air con was very weak, made a total 3 trips to the front desk to settle stay in. Poor manpower issue, communication issues and also facilities issue. Will not come back again

Overall is ok.The price is suitable with the hotel condition. Please upgrade the channel of tv bcoz it is very poor. We can only watched tv1 channel. The others channel is not function. Don't have a basic channel like as TV3.

Pillow too hard, water opened wrong way, shower room no door, toilet paper too thin, no tea beg,
Upon entering the room, there was a strong stench though I can't tell for sure where it came from. The coffee cups apparently were not washed properly as they had bad smell in it. As I laid my head on the pillow, again I smelled the stench (though the source was not from the pillows). All the channels, except one, on the TV had still pictures though you can hear the audio/sound coming out of those channels. I don't consider myself a fussy traveller, but my first impression of the stay is, in all honesty, wanting (even taking into account the reasonable price I paid for the stay).
Hot showers, strong jet, electronic lock for the door, spacious room, comfortable beds, friendly and fast service.
Also, towels that don't smell fresh, dated interior, disappointing breakfast items with salty food.

So far ok, just need hair gel for showering will do.
This hotel provides what a traveller will need and as such met my expectation. There is ample parking space with security. A simple buffet breakfast is also provided. Wifi is weak. It only came on the morning after a night stay. TV reception is poor as it wasn't clear, wobbly, shaky and only a few channels.
