"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The soundproofing of the room wasn’t the best and on the first night we were woken by what appeared to be a loud conversation between two people outside our room at 4am but when I checked, no one was visible so perhaps it was from an adjoining room. Thankfully this didn’t reoccur for the rest of our stay and the other 3 nights were peaceful. The staff were friendly and although we had a leak in our bathroom, it didn’t cause us any issue. The breakfast was plentiful, albeit mainly carbs, with a good selection of sweet and savoury options, mainly continental but scrambled eggs, a type of sausage and often something like a frittata based hot option. We found the location fine as a base and it was an easy walk to the main square with a couple of small convenience shops within a few minutes of the hotel. We would consider staying here again if we returned to the area. You can walk to Stary Kleparz (farmers market) within about 10 minutes as well as a variety of shops on Długa which is the street which runs parallel with the one the hotel is located on. Staying outside of the immediate tourist area gives you the opportunity to experience the real Kraków."

"A good breakfast, slightly on the expensive side. Staff friendly and helpful. Very confortable bed and pleasant room. TV had CNN, but would have preferred BBC News. Very convenient for getting to the old town, and near to the central station for travel by train to and from the airport. "
