"Somehow, between San Francisco and Johannesburg, my largest piece of luggage cracked. The facilities guy came up, took a look, went back and got supplies and sat there with me for 20 minutes to make sure my luggage was secure for the rest of my travels. Also, I really enjoyed my dinner at the hotel restaurant."

"Such a wonderful place to stay for a couple of days! Any time we pass through Johannesburg we stay here. THE STAFF are SO friendly! From our very first contact at the airport shuttle van to the groundskeepers raking the leaves -- EVERYONE is smiling and welcoming!"
