This was a great stay. Very clean, good breakfast and extremely nice and accommodating staff, especially the restaurant (one or two of the front desk clerks weren’t the most friendly- not rude just seemed like I was annoying them if I asked a question- maybe I was lol, but overall I still give 5 stars. It’s also a super convenient location.

Please see my other review. Pros- Great breakfast, accommodating staff, shuttle service to Sandton City Mall and Mandela Square, also walkable to the mall (which is safe during the day). Cons - Pool was not operable, Nothing directly around the hotel like shops or restaurants (but still in a nice area). I highly recommend...I will stay again!

Absolutely wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean. It had a kitchenette with everything needed for making a meal . ALL amenities were provided. Anything we needed promptly delivered to our room. The reception team is excellent. Very courteous and helpful. Breakfast had so many choices of fruit, cereal, breads, eggs and many more and the breakfast team went above and beyond to make us happy. They were constantly serving with smiles. They stored our luggage when we went on a safari. The hotel has a shuttle to the neighbouring areas complimentary which is a BIG plus. This is one excellent hotel in a very safe area for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend this property.

Our apartment was lovely , very spacious , well decorated and clean , customer service was great throughout . Restaurant was really good .Quiet and safe location with a mall and lots of restaurants near by ( the shuttle to the mall was a great bonus ) .

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, and this was top notch. The property is in excellent condition, it’s got 24 hour security, the staff are all lovely, the housekeeping service is super responsive and did a great job on my laundry, all of the food in their restaurant is tasty and well made and all of the restaurant staff are terrific. I stayed 8 days and it was just perfect on all counts. I was able to put in full work days at the desk in my room and (with the windows shut) I enjoyed a sound night’s sleep without noise. Perfect for a business traveler!

Lovely property. The location is safe and very convenient. Proximity to the malls and restaurants is great. Very clean facilities. My only issue was with the shower in our apartment. The water didn’t drain well while showering so the water would flood up.

All Around Excellent Service

This stay was an addition to my previous stay off 30 days. I was extremely please with the service of all the areas in the hotel. The professionalism of the front desk staff, housekeeping, and dining room was excellent. I always felt the friendliest and dedication of all the staff. The entire facility was always clean and secure. I would certainly choose this location for all future visits to Johannesburg.

The property is clean and nice. The only glitch was that receptionist would prioritize other guests over us even though we were standing at the front of the queue. This was at check in so did not leave a good impression of the reception desk. Otherwise all good :)

Last night of holiday

The helpfulness of the reception staff who sought us out to advise us that our room was ready. They provided information about the restaurant, spa, shuttle bus and late checking out. The room was clean with all facilities. The pullows were a bit too hard for my luking but that was personal to me. We had a couples treatment in the spa and the staff there were very attentive. The shuttle bus takes you to Nelson Nandela Square and shopping centre and brings you back. All the staff were friendly but akso professional. We would come vack here again.

Overall, my stay at this Aparthotel was great. Although the pool was not operable, everything else was great. It is walkable to Nelson Mandela Square and the Huge Sandton City Mall. Safe walk during daylight hours. The hotel also provides a shuttle every hour coming and going to the mall and Mandela Square (which are right next to each other). Lots of shops, restaurants, and a huge grocery store that carries everything from food, personal products, to housewares. Think Super-Walmart, (but better quality) The mall carries everything from basic to very high-end fashion houses. I stayed in the 1-bedroom apartment and the unit was very spacious and nicer than I had anticipated. The apartment came with a large combo living room/dining area, A huge couch, a kitchen combo with a full stove and oven, a large balcony and nice-sized bedroom. I believe it had a king-sized bed. The bathroom had a tub and a separate shower. In the future, I would ask for a room with a view, as opposed to looking into other rooms. The staff was great, especially Murielle (not sure of the spelling of his name) and Patricia at the front desk, as well as the shuttle van driver. The staff were professional and always greeted me. The breakfast was delicious with many options. I've stayed in many hotels around the world. The morning breakfast (which came with my room) would rank high on my list of favorites. The gym was on the smaller side but adequate. I plan to book again. I highly recommend!
