"Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Tortue. Von der Ankunft , dem Check-In bis zur Sauberkeit sowie der Ausstattung im Zimmer war alles top! Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Binnenalster und bei einigen Einkaufsläden, trotzdem war es im Hotel selbst ruhig.
Ich würde das Tortue immer wieder zur Übernachtung in Hamburg wählen. "
"Ich wurde direkt beim Check-In sehr warmherzig und persönlich empfangen und wurde weiterhin nicht enttäuscht. Das gebuchte Zimmer (ohne Balkon) hat alles, was man benötigt, um sich hervorragend selbst zu versorgen: ein riesiger Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Teller, Gläser etc. sind vorhanden. Sogar ein Wasserkocher und ein Coffemaker stehen zur Verfügung. Ansonsten sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sozusagen direkt vor der Haustür. Auch die Reeperbahn und die nächste Ubahn-Station sind 3 Minuten zu Fuß...
"What a quiet little haven to return to after a busy day out on the town! It was lovely sipping a cup of coffee outside our upstairs apartment in the morning and looking out into the lush greenery of the quiet courtyard!
The apartment was impeccably clean, stylish and had a well equipped kitchen. As we were traveling for more than 3 weeks we also appreciated the opportunity to do laundry on site. Penny supermarket is right across the street.

"Centrally located - walked everywhere we wanted to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the dinner was also very good. The airiness and architectural details set the property apart from others. It was also nice to be able to do a load of laundry. My husband loved the sauna. "

"Gebucht haben wir eine Junior Suite. Die Suiten befinden sich im 8. Obergeschoss und verfügen über einen eigenen living room, indem tagsüber Snacks und Getränke kostenfrei zur Verfügsung stehen. Auch das Frühstück wird dort serviert. Man muss nicht im Erdgeschoss im Frühstücksbereich essen und hat zum einen einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt und auch eine ruhigere Atmosphäre,

"The apartment accommodation is above average with a large kitchen area, extra pillows and lots of cost hangers. Free coffee was available all day from the dining area. Staff were helpful and accommodating.
The dining area environment was basic as was the breakfast, excellent for Continental but poor for an English."

"Das Hotel ist wirklich einfach toll. Unser Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Ab und an hört man halt die Türen mal knallen, aber das wars auch. Der Empfang ist meines Erachtens etwas unterbesetzt, wir mussten oft warten und Schlange stehen, aber immer sehr freundlich! Frühstück ist auch absolut super - alles frisch und sehr lecker. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!"
