Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Hotel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und sauber. Es gibt unglaublich viele Ablageflächen, sodass man Taschen nicht unbedingt auf den Boden stellen muss. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit (danke für die Hilfe mit dem Möwen-Zwischenfall auf meiner Kleidung🙏☺️). Der kleine Shop im Eingangsbereich ist super für Souvenirs. Die Lage ist hervorragend und eine Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel sehr praktisch.

Das Pier Drei Hotel in Hamburg hat uns absolut überzeugt. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön, gepflegt und bieten alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen – modern, durchdacht und hochwertig. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Lage: einfach top! Man ist schnell überall, wo man hinmöchte, und die Umgebung lädt zum Spazieren und Entdecken ein. Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. A very good location, in the middle of everything you might want to see in Hamburg. Hotel is well designed, well decorated, feels vibrant and cool. The availability of children playroom, a very nice restaurant, a rooftop bar and a huge shopping mall nearby makes it very convenient to stay here and just enjoy the trip. We loved it and for sure it will be our first choice next time we visit Hamburg!

Super freundliches Personal, saubere und gepflegte Zimmer, Parkplätze hausintern und in der Nähe gegen Bezahlung vorhanden, klasse Anbindung, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück, Restaurant, Rooftop-Bar und Späti vorhanden, haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt. Zimmergröße Small/Klein für kurzen Aufenthalt zu zweit völlig ausreichend. Waren bereits das zweite Mal dort.

Wir waren jetzt das 4te mal im PierDrei. Die Lage gefällt uns sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Der Stil des Hotels ist besonders. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, da wir immer auswärts essen.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist top, das Zimmer war wieder schön und wir sind Fans vom Späti. Einzig Preis-Leistung vom Frühstück finden wir nicht ganz angemessen. Der Early-Bird Preis als Standard Preis wäre ok.

Top Lage. Top Frühstück. Saubere Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Etwas hat gestresst, die Zimmertüren fallen selbstständig ins Schloss und verursachen Lärm, welche leider auch im Zimmer, vor allem nachts und früh morgens einem erwachen lassen.

Das Parking war einfach und mit der Beschreibung gut zu bewerkstelligen. Danach fehlte aber deutliche Hinweise zum Zugang zum Hotel. Fand ich schade. Das Personal war zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück nicht aussergewöhnlich, aber in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Beim Checkout fehlte der Hinweis oder die Nachfrage nach dem Ausfahrtsticket. So mussten wir nochmals zum Schalter, um das Ticket zu bezahlen. Hier müsste der Gast aktiv nachgefragt werden.

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral in der HafenCity, verfügt über alles, was man für einen Städtetrip benötigt und hat sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Einzig das Frühstück ist aus unserer Sicht deutlich zu teuer, hier wären verschiedene Angebote mit unterschiedlichem Umfang und unterschiedlichen Preisen deutlich angenehmer. Ansonsten ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.
