Good spot for younger travelers. A little loud at night with windows open. Small fan provided in lieu of air conditioning. Cool and very ‘Hamburgy’ but also in need of a few modern updates to make more comfortable. Room had a few stains on floor. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff helpful and friendly.

Great Stay!

This was a perfect place to stay for our week+ stay in Hamburg and I would definitely stay here again. Great friendly staff, clean rooms, my girlfriend appreciated the way everything looked.

Great value hotel

Hotel was done up to a high standard throughout with spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. It felt more premium than the price we paid, with the only thing we missed being air conditioning as we stayed on the hottest day of the year! Would highly recommend.

well located, still quiet at night (excellent windows), friendly staff, very clean. only ceiling shower so if you do not want to get your hair wet bring a shower cap :) No air conditioning - but how often do you need that in Hamburg...

It is a very well kept hotel organised with attention to details that are important to travellers. Extremely helpful and welcoming staff, clean rooms with great design and thought-out amenities, with everything that you need, a walking distance to a few underground stations. Probably, there was much more to experience (food, 24/7 available drinks & snacks, computer in the lobby etc.) but I just didn't have the time to try it all.
