"The resort was clean, but that's the only positive thing I can say. The staff were rude, getting drinks was difficult, and dinner reservations were almost impossible to get. The food was so bad that we left the resort to eat several times, even though we paid for an all-inclusive stay. Pool chairs were hard to find, and you had to pay extra for shaded beach chairs, which should have been included. The towel system was also frustrating, and fresh towels were difficult to get. The island itself...

"This hotel is located in the heart of everything. We practically walked to Restaurants, Museums, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The island is very safe. We felt so safe that we took public transportation to the beach and the aquarium. Our floor had a Starbucks and a man made beach with a bar/restaurant. You had to be there to understand. Amazing! When I return to Curacao, I will stay here again. Best experience ever."

"My family and I had a rough arrival day but after I voiced my concerns, the staff was very attentive and very helpful in fixing the situation. Outside of that, the resort was nice, clean and the staff was very nice."

"This place was fantastic. I had a 3 bedroom villa with a balcony view of the pool and it was excellent. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. The overall property was nice also for those who golf I’m sure you would like this place, I don’t golf but I picked this place based on the beautiful photos and I was not disappointed. The staff was kind and helpful and I had an amazing stay here."
