"Walked daily to Queen Emma Bridge. I loved all the local food options at Plasa Bieu. Many many shops. The views were so calming & colorful. Will go again."
"We went here for an anniversary trip and it was perfect. My husband is hard to impress but he only had good things to say about Avila. It had such an intimate, warm vibe. Very peaceful. Gym has great equipment. Couples massage was great. The breakfast buffet was our favorite meal. The whole facility was very clean."
"The staff at as very friendly, a particular lady at the reception upgraded my rom, and extended check out time to 2, I also got complimentary lunch to compensate a delay in checking me into the room, I enjoyed my stay"

"The staff was very helpful, however, housekeeping was not doing their job correctly. I checked in on October 24th, the bedsheets were not changed, and i know because there was rice on the bed. I called front desk the next day ( by the way it was my bday), because the table with the coffee machine on it, was dirty, stained, and the coffee machine was also nasty. Housekeeping came, changed towels, made the bed without changing the sheets, did not clean well, and did not touch the coffee table. After a few minutes, a young lady came by( unfortunately i did not ask her name, she was amazing), she asked me about the coffee machine, and she asked immediately to replace the coffee machine. She was told that they do not have more coffee machine in stock. She took the coffee machine, and she washed it very thoroughly herself, brought back the machine, changed sugar, creamer and and the cups, because the ones i received during check in was dirty and full of sugar. Props to the young lady for doing her work, and to the "gentleman" who told her, that she was not her boss, just because she asked her to do his job; he needs to go home for being lazy."
"Peaceful, quiet, and well maintained gardens with an abundance of birds.
Easy drive to the top beaches and snorkeling waters.
Nice supermarket nearby.
The lodge we stayed in was quite nice. However, ceiling fan would have made it even better.
Nice kitchen with professional style stove. Unfortunately the cookware was not to the same standard. One low quality fry pan and so so sauce pans. A real disappointment for someone who prepared all meals in the lodge.
An email with the check-in instructions was sent quite late the evening before we left for the airport so we did not view it. When we arrived we had no idea how to enter. We called the WhatsApp number and no one answered. We then honked the horn and still no one. Finally after a few more minutes. Someone came."
