"Room was clean and well appointed. They let us into our room an our early and let us check out two hours later than the standard check out. We really appreciated that because we were only there one night. There was an issue with the fridge not working and a window not closing properly, letting in a lot of noise from the Food Hall next door. The maintenance person responded immediately and replaced the fridge and repaired the window. He also provided restaurant recommendations and advice about transportation. Staff were excellent. "

"Roomy, clean and quiet. Close to tram line B which goes to center of Bordeaux-get a multi trip pass at the tram stop. Walk one block to river side park that runs all the way to town center. Great location and helpful bilingual staff. Shops nearby -Carrefours for food etc. Restaurants next door and across the street. Has a garage for parking. Great place to stay-only minutes from town center."
