Really clean and modern room, in a location that is easily accessible from city center by bus or tram. There is a nice market nearby if you want a bite on the cheap and the Cité du Vin museum is also a walking distance away. The old naval base, now an audiovisual installation, is right next to the hotel.

Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful, room not laid out well, double bed in a corner with luggage rack on the open side. No bar or restaurant, though plenty, a good 10mins walk away! Probably not a good choice for older tourists! Younger travellers may well appreciate “the vibe” more!

For my first time in Bordeaux, I very much enjoyed my stay here. Very friendly staff! Area was a little farther than I anticipated but I still managed to get around via TBM.

The kitchen stove was induction but the frying pans were incompatible and didn’t heat up properly. The drying laundry machine in the room was very good since I had a lot of clothing to wash during one nigth stay.

Solo visit, 2 nights with motorbike. Area looked a bit sketchy. Used their paid, covered, secure parking. I was given a gate opener to keep during my stay so there was no problem getting the bike out as often happens at other stays when no one is at the front desk in the morning (typically hostels). 10 minute walk to New York tram station. 2 Euros and 10 minute tram ride downtown. Room was like new. Clean spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

This was an interesting place. it is not a typical hotel being a 'co-living' centre with several long stay options as well as short stays. It is to the north of the city centre but within easy reach of tram and bus. The room was clean, comfortable and while not luxurious had all that could be asked. There is no restaurant or bar but the Halle Bacalan is a 10 minute walk away with a range of food bars. Breakfast is self service and fine. The staff were friendly and helpful providing advice and support including booking us an early morning taxi to the airport - our flight was at 07.00 before trams and buses started. Enjoyed and would return.

The hotel was too far out from town but had clean rooms with air conditioning. Could do with some snack machines inside as well. Overall it was very clean and staff friendly.

Ottima struttura: molto moderna. camere pulite, molto funzionali e comode. Non abbiamo utilizzato la palestra perché siamo stati solo una notte, ma l'abbiamo vista ed è molto attrezzata. Anche il personale è stato attento e disponibile.

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hotel récent, propre et au calme. Idéalement situé près du bassin à flot, il permet de bénéficier de la vie nocturne auprès du bassin et de rentrer se reposer au calme. Personnel accueillant et discret.

Accueil peu aimable et explications quasiment inexistantes. Rien ne nous a été indiqué à notre arrivée, pas même où se trouvait le rooftop. Heureusement, nous avons croisé un étudiant très sympathique qui a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer. Nous avions réservé un appartement avec une cuisine, mais aucun minimum n’était prévu : pas de sel, pas de poivre, pas d’huile d’olive, ni même de papier cuisson pour utiliser le four. On ne va pas acheter une bouteille d’huile pour seulement deux soirées. En revanche, du café est fourni… il serait plus logique de prévoir aussi ces produits de base. Lorsque nous avons déposé nos bagages, aucun ticket ou justificatif ne nous a été remis. N’importe qui aurait pu repartir avec nos valises, d’autant plus que la personne présente lors de leur restitution n’était pas celle qui les avait récupérées. Ce manque de sécurité est vraiment préoccupant. Enfin, l’appartement est prévu pour deux personnes, mais il y a deux tables de hauteurs différentes avec deux chaises de tailles différentes. Résultat, impossible de manger correctement ensemble, chacun se retrouve dans son coin. C’est un détail qui donne une impression de mobilier bricolé plutôt que d’un logement pensé pour accueillir deux personnes.

남프랑스 여행후 몽생미쉘로 가는 중간에 숙박을 한 곳인데 기대이상으로 좋았습니다. 며칠만에 세탁기를 이용해 빨래와 건조까지 할 수 있었고 주방시설도 훌륭했습니다. 마주쳤던 모든 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 리셉션 직원분들, 심야의 경비를 맡으신 분 모든 분들이 친절했어요. 하루에 12우로를 지불하는 건물내 주차장은 출입문 리모컨 통제와 여러 대의 카메라로 완벽히 안전하게 유지되고 있었습니다. 보르도에 가시는 분들께 강력 추천하고 싶습니다.
