"The staff were friendly and the breakfast was exceptional even my picky teenage boys loved the breakfast. We were a family of 4 and my teenage boys are 6’ and we had a lot of luggage so finding a hotel that could accommodate us was a bit tricky and we were very pleased with the size of the rooms we didn’t feel cramped at all. The uber to Notre Dame was between 14-20 Euro which wasn't too bad and there are a couple train stations that are close by about 10 min walk which was convenient. You are waking distance from the catacombs which is an awesome to check out my boys really thought it was cool. The only reason I didnt give the hotel 5 stars was because of the pool and sauna I found it a bit frustration that it is the main photo they show on the site I booked the hotel on but then we found out after we arrived that it isn’t even included with the hotel booking and needs to be booked separate and it is fairly pricey for only 45 min booking slots. I don’t think there should be an extra charge for the pool or at the very least it should be significantly cheaper and they shouldn’t be showing photos of the pool making it appear as though it is an amenity that is offered when it really isn’t… But other then that we have a very pleasant stay at this hotel and we would recommend it and encourage people to get the breakfast packaged added on because it was an excellent price for all the food option you got!"

"Room was not cleaned one of the days (last day out of 6). Sink was completely clogged up. While taking shower water leaked through the door and completely wetted floor. Coffee cups were never cleaned. No tea or coffee, no sugar or cream in the room. No instructions for how to get drinking water. Request Expedia to ask hotel for partial refund."

"I booked this hotel for one night while visiting friends in Paris, partly for nostalgia, as I used to live near Le Marais. I ended up really enjoying my stay and wish I had stayed longer. The hotel is much larger than it appears from the outside, with a beautiful interior courtyard that feels like a little oasis in the middle of Paris. It was lovely to sit there, have a cocktail, and enjoy the atmosphere. The location is excellent, especially if you want to be close to Le Marais and easily explore the city. The check-in staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional, and spoke excellent English as well as French. My room was a little dated in style, but it was comfortable, spacious for a Paris hotel, well air-conditioned, easy to access, and had great water pressure. The on-site restaurant is nice, though the bar service seemed a bit overwhelmed at times during normal service. If you want a quick drink, the brasserie next door may be easier. That said, this was not a deal-breaker at all. Unfortunately, the hotel experienced a power outage when I returned from exploring the city, just as I was checking out. However, I want to specifically commend the staff and management. They handled a stressful situation with kindness and professionalism, brought out water during the heat wave, helped guests check in and out, and did their best to manage the disruption calmly. Overall, this is a wonderful property with great service, a fantastic location, and a memorable atmosphere"
