Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Besonders die Rezeption/Concierge/Page sind hervorzuheben.
Die Speisekarte könnte etwas mehr Auswahl bieten. Das Housekeeping war auch hervorragend.
Da aber gegenüber eine Großbaustelle ist, ist es im A-Block des Hotels sehr laut. Oft wurde rund um die Uhr gebaut.
Ich empfehle beim buchen im hinteren Teil, also im B-Block zu übernachten.

oda her zaman soğuk ve sürekli çalışan bir havalandırma sesi vardı.
yatamadığım için odayı değişmek zorunda kaldım.
personel sürekli bahşiş alabilmek için abartılı hareketlerle yardımcı olmaya çalışıyordu.
Otel gayet konforlu, sessiz ve temiz odalar gayet güzel dizyan edilmiş ve çok rahat, ısıtmalı havuz, sauna ve hamam çok keyifliydi. Soyunma odalarındaki kilitlerin bazıları çalışmıyordu hizmet güzel, resepsiyon ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Loksayın avm ye ve ulaşıma yakın olmasıda ayrıca artı bir durum. O bölgede kalmak isteyenlere tavsiye ederim.

Could be a lovely hotel
Aircondition was not working. Was provided portable unit but water started leaking and floor got wet. Staff tried to help in whatever they could. Staff need more training. Hotel otherwise is not bad
