My family of 4 (children 12 and 9) stayed here in February, 2025. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful, at all times. The room was always kept clean and tidy, thank you for that. The use of the pool and sauna were included in the cost of the hotel. Children and I absolutely loved these facilities. Breakfast always had a lot of choice and there was always something interesting on offer. The hotel is well situated near the major tourist attractions and Eminonu port. The port can be used for ferries to other parts of Istanbul. Accessing the hotel from the airport is via the M11 metro, change at Guyreteppe to M2 until Halic and then Tram 5 to Eminonu port. If you have a late flight, a taxi or Uber may be easiest. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily return.

Excellent Location and scenic view

Location was excellent. And the view is amazing. I booked this hotel because of the fantastic pics and the view did not disappoint. I was disappointed that the terrace was locked my entire stay. I was hoping to get some pictures from there.The woman who was cleaning the rooms on my floor was very nice and did a wonderful job. The gentlemen at the front desk were ok- depending on who was working. I asked one to call me a taxi the first morning and he told me to use the app or walk to the taxi stand down the street. I was a bit surprised, as I have never had a hotel front desk not call a taxi when asked to call a taxi. I am phone savvy and downloaded the app real quick as I wasn't sure where or how far the taxi stand was since I had just arrived and had to be somewhere at a specific time. Once I got my bearings, I used mostly public transit- there is a ferry stop just a bit down from the tram stop right across the street from the hotel. Close to Egyptian Bazaar and Hague Sophia.

Property is older but well maintainted. Staff were wonderful and eager to please. Location is fatastic...just steps from Marmaray, Tramvay and historic sites. I would definately bring a group of tourists to this hotel again.

The room was outdated but very clean, it is an older hotel it badly needs renovation, the beds are very soft so I ended up with a very sore back at the end of my 5 day stay, the shower was broken we could use it but you had to hold the shower head in your hand, the breakfast was ok but we found the breads were hard and not a lot to choose from, one highlight was the pool it was excellent, heated clean and quiet great place to wind down after a long day but the hours are only 12-8 so early morning swim was not an option, the location couldn’t be better so central and right next to the train station 10 mins walk to sultan Ahmet, Haghia sofiya, and basilica cistern, but what makes this place special is the staff the were so helpful the cleaning ladies were so friendly I enjoyed seeing their smiling face every morning especially the abla who’s son in law is from Ordu she was so lovely, thank you for making our stay memorable.

It’s fine. A basic hotel that has seen better days. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Location is great for the blue mosque and Topkapi Palace but it’s not in the nicest area of town. The road noise is loud outside. Breakfast is a buffet which is also pretty basic. Not bad but also nothing to write home about.

The workers were very rude towards us and are not kind to the kids. They thought it was okay to shout at our children for being loud and didnt like them making noise in the pool or lobby. They would walk into the room and shout at them to be quiet. The doorman was very rude aswell and even argued with us about the kids and they also refused to help us take luggage up.The toilet wad also broken and the baby cot was very dirty and the showers It is not a family hotel at all and i would never be back again

Dit hotel in Istanbul was een complete teleurstelling. De kamer was ronduit vuil: vrouwelijke haren lagen verspreid over de vloer, er werd niet gestofzuigd en de badhanddoeken waren vies. Van hygiëne is hier duidelijk geen sprake. Ook het ontbijt stelde zwaar teleur en was absoluut niet wat beloofd werd. Maar wat dit verblijf écht onaanvaardbaar maakte, was de totale afwezigheid van vriendelijkheid. Het personeel aan de receptie was koud, ongeïnteresseerd en ronduit onbeleefd. Geen begroeting, geen glimlach, geen enkele vorm van gastvrijheid of respect. Zelfs een simpele “goede morgen” bleek te veel gevraagd. Je voelt je hier geen gast, maar een last. Het dieptepunt kwam bij het uitchecken. Hoewel uitchecken officieel tot 12:00 is, werd ik om 12:03 al opgebeld met de eis dat ik onmiddellijk moest vertrekken omdat de kamer schoongemaakt moest worden. Dat was bijzonder ironisch, gezien de erbarmelijke staat waarin de kamer zich bevond. Dit hotel verdient zijn naam niet. Absoluut afraden en beter vermijden.

Décue Nous étions un groupe de 6 personnes, contentes de reprendre le même hôtel, car nous avions aimé sa localisation ainsi que ses chambres modestes et son petit déjeuner simple et varié. Seulement, le dernier jour, en nous dirigeant vers le transfert réservé par l’hôtel, le responsable de l’hôtel nous signale que nous avons « trop » de valises (1 bagage en soute 1 bagage à main par personne) et qu’il faut payer un supplément au chauffeur… Et il nous le reproche d’une façon mesquine, et il en rit avec le chauffeur en nous prenant pour des imbéciles voyant un groupe de jeunes femmes voyageant seules. C’était vraiment inapproprié et tellement pas professionnel de sa part. A aucun moment, il a agit en faveur de ses clientes, on a bien vu qu’il était du côté du chauffeur, hors que j’ai précisé via mail que nous étions 6 passagers transportant chacune 2 bagages, afin d’éviter ce genre de situation. Ce n’est pas aux clients d’organiser le transfert!! C’était vraiment dommage de finir sur cette note… Profiter d’un moment stressant pour sous tirer encore de l’argent à des clients fidèles. Pour avoir voyager plusieurs fois à Istanbul, ce fut le check out le plus décevant et stressant de tous.
