The hotel amenities were good with many more options (restaurants, bars, golf cart rental, dock for water sports excursions) within walking distance to the hotel. The staff was attentive and courteous and the property was very well maintained. We went with a large group of friends and everyone had positive reviews!"

"we had a lot of seaweed on it tried they tried their best to keep it clean. The staff at the bar was great but as far as the front desk, they were rude and dismissive we had a private photographer come on site and they made us pay $100 for her to come on to take pictures of us after paying nearly $8000 for the trip we will probably never see her again."

"Almare is a very special place. The rooms are spacious and appointed with everything you should need. The location is beautiful with gorgeous pools and an idyllic private beachfront. Our meals in the on-site restaurants, at the beach and at the pool areas were all superb. All the staff, from Karen, our beach attendant to Arturo in the spa were exceptionally kind and professional. The hotel manager went above and beyond on our last day to help my travel companion with a slight medical issue. I highly recommend a stay at this fabulous resort. We can’t wait return! "
