"We loved our stay here! The staff were exceptionally welcoming and the hotel was beautiful! We got one of the corner rooms, and we highly recommend it. On our first night, there was a huge thunderstorm, and we enjoyed sitting next to the corner window with snacks and drinks while we watched the storm. If we ever make it back to Kanazawa, we will definitely stay here again!!"
"Beautifully designed, well appointed, thoughtfully presented, and absolutely gorgeous space. It was an excellent stay!
The instructions were clear, the staff helpful and friendly. It was on a quiet street and still close enough to the main sites of Kanazawa that you could walk to anything in about 20 minutes, or take the bus on the bus loop from the nearby stop. Would definitely stay here again."

They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. "An impressively convenient location that is mere steps away from Oyama Shrine and through to Kanazawa castle and the beautiful Kenroku-en gardens. The staff were also incredibly polite and helpful and the rooms were spacious and comfortable."
