"We love our stay at Kazueya! It gave us a chance to truly experience the ryokan and how locals live. We especially enjoyed the peaceful night in our surroundings :) In addition, one of the staffs (a young lady) at Pacific hotel was super helpful. Due to the language barrier, she helped me to get bus tickets to shirakawago and to Takayama. I can't thank her enough for that! "We had a wonderful time, our room is comfortable, clean, and surprisingly spacious!! It was very quiet in the evening and overnight, slept well on a comfortable bed. The hotel is very close to the Higashi Chaya District and about a 20 min walk from the station on the flat, so definitely walkable with luggage.
