"The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We arrived at night after a very long day of travel. Daniela was gracious enough to let us store our bags in the office before we went upstairs so that we could get a bite to eat before the restaurant closed. The bed was comfortable. The room was compact, but very intelligently laid out. The breakfast buffet, though not included in the price of the room, was excellent. The train station was just a block away, as was the charming Old Town of Schaffhausen....

Very close walk to Rhinefalls and near by areas. Breakfast was excellent. I will definitely stay here again if I go back to Rhinefalls area. "
"We only spent the one night here but this would be perfect place for a longer stay. It has everything you you want. Don’t get me wrong it’s still good for a single nights stay. It is spacious, very comfortable furnishings and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and The Falls. We were greeted by the owner on arrival who was full of local information and willingness to help. We would definitely stay here again. "
"Max the owner was cordial and helpful so was the staff Adriana. Our room was like a flat, , Living (outer room) was not too big but sufficient size to include a chair, study table and 2 twin beds for 2 adults to sleep comfortably and bedroom(other room) was decent size with one twin bed and a wardrobe and a crib
Bathroom was clean
Pros: Clean room, clean bathroom and over all clean property, hot water, inbuilt restaurant at the ground level so we could use the microwave in the morning

"Owner and staff were exceptional. They made us feel as if we were the only guests they had. Room was modern, very well equipped, clean and bed was very comfortable. The view is amazing, looking out over the Rhine river. Breakfast (included in rate) was delicious. There are few places during our travels we have stayed that we would return. This is one. "
"Ein Juwel von einem historischen Gebäude. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (waren im Dorfzimmer). Schöne Umgebung. Ausgezeichnete Küche und schöne Weinauswahl. Das Personal wirkte etwas gestresst - was aber darauf zurückzuführen war, dass man den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich machen wollte. Ich würde es sofort weiterempfehlen."

"This hotel was a little gem in a fairly rural area. Located approximately thirty-minutes from the airport, by taxi or by train but absolutely adorable. We had a very nice Swiss breakfast and loved our canopy bed and modern shower/bathroom. We would definitely stay there again. "
