Property was good for an extended family, as they had 3 beds, although that they had only two rooms. Area was in the center of where I travelled within Ipoh. Most of the venues were no more than 20mins drive away. Good food was only walking distance away from the property. I brought my own utensils, so its not a problem for an extended family, if not there's a pair for each.

Make sure you contact the property about check in procedure. They sent it to whatsapp, should sent it to email. Took me an hr. to contact them, and they were nice to let me in before paying the damage deposit. The on site agent Kyan is very nice and accommodating. She came despite other work and sent me tons of good link to local food. The office people are efficient and helpful too. very spaces, and place is clean. Will come back again and recommend to others.

Waited for the agent who was very rushed and did not even take us up to the room. Also I asked about wifi in the room and he said yes but no password was given to me or was there one written anywhere. Could then not get hold of agent.

Great location. Troublesome check in and need to pay a deposit in cash but staff was great in waiting for us when we were delayed 6 hours due to horrific traffic jam. Inadequate kitchen facilities for 6 people.

Checking in and out is easy, apartment is spacious, location is central, but is near to the Pasar Malam, which blast their music till 4am on weekends and public holidays. The thumbing noises were quite unbearable for 2 of the 4 nights that we were staying.

Positives Location was great. Property was nice and new. Service and communication was great. Access to the food area was very good. Negatives Amenities was so so. The glaring thing about this property was tenant and fire safety. We left the property in the early hours at 630am. There were no lighting in the corridors! Imagine if there was an emergency and the tenants had to walk in the dark! Safety hazard!
