"Amazingly helpful staff. Unfortunately I arrived to the hotel with very bad food poisoning and the staff was catering to our needs. They were super friendly and helpful. At the beginning we even got a room upgrade. Unfortunately I was not able to explore Hanoi much but beautiful comfortable room made my situation better as I stayed there for 2 days.Especially bug thank you to Kim for helping us a lot.
I definitely want to come back next time healthy to explore the city

"Great locations - 5 min walk to Water Puppet Theater, Opera House, Catedral. Breakfast and Pho at restaurant are great! Fri - Sun - in front of hotel become walking street which is nice and quiet. However we need to walk about 100m from the street dropoff. Room is generally very nice. 1st floor still can smell kitchen in the morning."
"Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. "Enjoyable stay on the whole due to the friendly polite staff and the amenities of the hotel.
Only downside was the price of food and drinks which I thought were outrageous.
Breakfast 32 dollars plus taxes per person
Buffet lunch 50 dollars per person
Mini bar I beer 8 times more expensive than store price
I tried to book including breakfast on Expedia but I found no option.
All in all it was a great one time experience but I would try to find a better value hotel in future"
