"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and property was clean. I was visiting Panama to celebrate my birthday, and the staff was kind enough to leave a cake and note in the room for me. The property is also in a good location, close enough to walk around casco. Would definitely recommend, and I would stay there again if I come back to Panama City."

"If you want to explore Casco Viejo, the location does not get any better than this. The balcony faces Cathedral Plaza and is a quick walk to many galleries, restaurants and clubs. The apartment I was in had lots of charm and a great use of space. The check in and check out process was super easy. Also, the Wynwood team is always available on WhatsApp if there are any issues or if you need anything. "

"This property is nice and maintained, but they had no hand towels or wash rags available. I spent 3 of 5 days without wash rags. I had to use a hand towel. The towels were gray and dingy they did not have enough for the hotel . They didn’t have any extra in the linen closet how very disappointing. It is very warm and humid in Panama. The least someone would expect would be able to do is bath once probably twice a day but with no rags from a four star hotel. Well that’s unacceptable!"

The staff is amazing, the hotel is so quaint, and the rooms are like having your own apartment with both upstairs downstairs spaces, living room, dining room, full kitchen, and a balcony... so incredible for the price. "The staff were very helpful, pleasant and courteous. If they couldn’t understand or help you they will find someone who can. The rooms were cleaned extremely well and timely and coffee’s, tea and toiletries were replenished daily. I appreciate their love for the environment by not using plastic bottles. The location of the mall was very convenient and the shopping was excellent, you can get any quality and price range you can afford. My experience in Panama was awesome!💃🙏💕🌹🇹🇹"
