"There were two Japanese well maintained gardens and stone paving hallway outside. They were beautiful and they made us feel very historical culture. The summer season in Kyoto is very uncomfortable to stay outside because of the hight temperature but, in this house, for some reason we could stay comfortably without air conditioner. The layout of the room is very well designed and the room is huge and tastefully decorated. The location is close to the subway and minimarts. Love the microwave, the 2 televisions, and the washing machine. Highly recommend!!"

"Wonderful place to stay, we loved that the area was in a real neighborhood and not touristy. The only complaint is the main bedroom faces a an alley that has a motion activated light that shines bright on and off all night while you are trying to sleep. Dark shade would help this situation. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Rinn Shiki Juraku. The rooms were clean and very beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly Riku who helped us fix a malfunctioning AC unit in our room. Overall it was an incredibly lovely experience and we would definitely come back."
