"Good motel"

Merci!"

"We had the first floor front room apartment with two separate bedrooms, the larger with a balcony. Each bedroom has a large comfy bed and its own tv. The apartment was very clean and open. The lighting is a bit bright with no dimmers and there are no floor lamps. The kitchen was well equipped and it would have been easy to cook in if we chose. The bathroom was roomy with a very nice walk in shower. The location is in the heart of the Plateau giving you lots of places to eat and shop. You are...

"My only complaint was that the room was very hot. I went to the front desk around 7:00 PM to ask for assistance with turning on the air conditioning, but unfortunately, there was no staff available to help. As a result, I did not sleep well that night. Overall, the staff was friendly and courteous, but they were unable to assist me with what I needed."

"Thank you so much for helping me late into the evening. I was genuinely touched by how attentively the hotel staff listened to my concerns, took care of everything right away, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, even at such a late hour. Your team is the best!"
