"My only complaint was that the room was very hot. I went to the front desk around 7:00 PM to ask for assistance with turning on the air conditioning, but unfortunately, there was no staff available to help. As a result, I did not sleep well that night. Overall, the staff was friendly and courteous, but they were unable to assist me with what I needed."

"Worst hotel room ever"

"Really like it. It has its upscale feel ..very nice"

"Cet hôtel, il est vraiment agréable et suscitant à rester même lorsque votre séjour prenne fin ! J'ai aimé l'environnement qui est très paisible, propre, le petit déjeuner, la piscine. Le sauna était formidable. Je le recommande fortement à quiconque qui souhaite passer un bon moment dans la tranquillité d'esprit !"

"Great location. Nice, clean. All around great!"

"Great location, very nicely appointed rooms, friendly staff, and good amenities. We’ll definitely look to stay here again in the future."

"Nice hotel as a base. The staff cannot be faulted for their hospitality, but the hotel didn't ooze the character we expected, although it definitely had style. Nearest safest parking 12 mins walk (Biblioteque) as only 15 mins parking permitted. Breakfast was continental, but coffee was free all day."

The lighting is a bit bright with no dimmers and there are no floor lamps. The kitchen was well equipped and it would have been easy to cook in if we chose. The bathroom was roomy with a very nice walk in shower. The location is in the heart of the Plateau giving you lots of places to eat and shop. You are...

"It was a clean and beautiful stay, and on top of that I believe it’s a great price for its location where the street had so much lively cafes and shops! Communication with the place was easy, it was all through text but they always got back to you fast and clearly explained any misunderstandings I had. I would recommend this place and will return again !!"
