"Stayed for 3 nights .Big room,enormous bed.Very comfortable and warm.Shower was good and bathroom clean. Tea coffee making stuff. Hairdryer,iron and ironing board all provided. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.Lot of choices,hot and cold. Staff were all very friendly and great customer service.Definitely recommended. "

"My room was still being cleaned when I checked in at 3:30 Aspects of the room are in need of repair including bathroom fixtures, the shower did not work properly and was covered in rust and the floor covering was coming apart My shower seemed to activate the fire alarm despite keeping the door closed. The fire alarm was deactivated while I was preparing to evacuate and then a member of staff came to the door and just started shouting “open the window” without any other communication In the main room the floor had a series of brown stains on the floor I did however appreciate the incision of a fridge, microwave and kettle in the room. The room was cheap, but I would certainly never come back."

"We always stay here when in Stockport and always happy but this time didn’t quite come up to the usual standard that we’re used to . The room felt tired , bathroom door stiff to close and water going off when in the shower , breakfast wasn’t as good as usual, the bacon looked like it was from the day before and not replenished as much usual, a little disappointed this time sorry but we were , L Glynn."

"Staff were friendly, room was nice and clean and it was great to have a Starbucks on site. I probably would have booked somewhere else if I knew there was an event on (Boogie Bingo) as it was loud and the people were rowdy. There was chew, which included police being needed. It didn’t give me much hope seeing a bouncer on the hotel reception. Wasn’t too bad as we went out and didn’t get back until late but I suspect if I intended to go to bed early and rest it would have been a nightmare"

"The room was spotless and also the bathroom was clean and well equiped for an overnight stay. Staff very helpful couldnt do enough for us, they were very polite and helpful. Friendly staff behind the bar. The only criticism i have is they dont sell draught mild beer."

"The worst room ever, NO TOWELS, NO TOILET, NO SHOWER. I don’t understand why this property is still allowed to host anyone. This was probably the worst hotel and should not be hosting any guests. No staff after 9 so access to property is via the yard in the back going up a slippery metal staircase in the rain. Instructions to get in were unclear and sketchy. I had to call the mobile phone provided and a lady helped out to get the codes. When I eventually got in, the area stinks and unkept. Then you have to access the room via a locked key box which was a nightmare to open. When you get into the room there’s a very old and shabby bed, insufficient linen and very cheap furniture. Very uncomfortable throughout. When I was looking for an iron to press my shirt there was nothing. Trying to have a bath and the shared bathroom was filthy, wet on the floor dirty inside and no soap provided The toilet had wee on the floor and toilet seat. I would like my money back please as I feel that I was subjected to the worst conditions possible Thank you "

"I had a very pleasant stay at the Premier Inn Stockport. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the location was very convenient. The staff were professional and welcoming throughout my stay. A special thank you to Sheri, who was extremely kind, supportive, and helpful. She made the experience even better with her positive attitude and great customer service. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."
