"Great that there was free parking, staff were probably the friendliest I’ve ever seen. Rooms over the bar a bit noisy with music, doors banging ect but it does close at 12 so had a good nights sleep. Disappointed breakfast wasn’t provided but there was tea/coffee/ biscuits in the room."

"This is an excellent budget hotel. There’s a big car park (£4.50 a day) and bus stops nearby. Manchester Ubers are reasonable too. The hotel room looks just like the official photos. It’s a bit run down but it is a bargain stay. Great blackout curtains. I’d stay again. "

"Pillows were not comfy and lumpy. No monitoring of guests volumes when there were people running and yelling constantly up and down the corridors at midnight. Booked 2 rooms months and months ago and ended up on different floors and one being a disabled room where the bathroom was just a wet room so once you had a shower the whole floor remained soaked for the rest of the stay and we did not request not want a disabled room as we do not like wet rooms and avoid booking hotels with wet rooms."

"Everything is good and the only thing dislike is the price became lower on the day of check in hehe. Room is clean; aircon is cool; window able to open for ventilation; fast WiFi; hot shower pressure is stong; toiletries are tamper proof and smells nice; location is near Manchester Piccadilly station; cleaning is well done everyday (remember to hang the cleaning sign on your door before you leave the room); extra towels are available under the sink cabinet. "

"Our stay at Residence Inn Manchester was smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. We stayed for two nights in a Studio with one queen bed and a sofa bed, and the room exceeded expectations in terms of space and cleanliness. Everything felt well-maintained, and the bathroom in particular was in immaculate condition, which made a great impression. One small drawback was that both the bed and sofa bed tended to creak with even slight movements, such as twisting and turning...

"Staff were great, location is good although quite noisy. Rooms are very very small with lots of opportunity to bump into things. No room for luggage. Bathroom was extremely small and shower was just Ok."
