We r out patients at Christie’s hospital and this was the ideal place to stay..alive with people but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep..we will be staying several more times this year

Very well appointed for the price . Thought we had an issue trying to contact hotel to let them know we were going to be late for table reservation at 9pm having driven 5 hours . Phone just kept ringing out . However wonderful bar staff managed to cconjur a meal for us right at 9-20 after kitchen was closed . Excellent service

This Hotel has a we laid out Bar/Resteraunt , the rooms are clean and tidy with enough soace. They also have on sire Starbucks coffee shop.. The best thing is the Gym and pool, it is welllaid out and verry clean

Loved our club room and the hotel facilities included. Only thing was not impressed with was the breakfast. All food options needed filling up, bacon was undercooked and toaster not working. If i had paid £17.50 would not have been pleased.

The room only had 2 desk lamps by the bed and no lights on the desk so you couldn't see to make a cup of tea or work at the desk. You couldn't move the lamp as they had a special plug. It was totally depressing. When it said club room I didn't think it meant night club vibes. Restaurant area was really loud. Nowhere to relax

Ok but strong smell in room.

Hotel was clean but a very strong smell in the room as if cleaner had sprayed due to someone possibly smoking in there. The smell was so overpowering. The room comfortable but could hear other guests during the night and early in the morning loud music. Guess we were above a fitness room where class had started. Not a good sleep so average feedback.
