Rooms were average. English breakfast was absolutely awful. Waste of money. Eat at near by coffee shop or bagel place for fresher and delicious food. $23 pounds for cold, not delicious and unappetizing breakfast is robbery. Concierge staff is great. Front desk was not very helpful.

A very good, comfortable hotel, nice comfortable room, good restaurant with plenty of choice, ideally situated for our needs, excellent staff, very helpful, we didn't use the gym or spa facilities, we would stay there again.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff were wonderful. I Would have given a five star review, if they had not entered my room when I had the do not disturb sign on my door. When I spoke to the front desk they were very flippant. Like it was no big deal.

Great hotel in Manchester

Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Breakfast was great and had a lot of choices. Wifi was pretty unstable which makes it an issue if youre travelling for business
