"The staff is amazing. Breakfast is fantastic. The pool lounges need new cushions and the new ones aren't comfortable. The towels are looking worn out. The price has gone up but needs a little sprucing up. I will be back because its still fantastic. Love the staff"

"We went here after a disappointing one night stay at the completely run down Movenpick hotel few miles north from the Intercontinental. Unlike our frustrating experience at Movenpick at ICH we were met by an extraordinary staff, well appointed rooms and a superb breakfast among the many highlights. Connected to the mall and walking distance from town or a short ride on a tuk-tuk . We will definitely be back. "

"First of all the staff goes above and beyond to help you feel like family they take very good care of you. I enjoyed my stay. My room was very nice very clean. Must say everyone did a great job. Even the lady that cleaned my room really took care of me. The staff at the front desk. Anything I needed they would always there to help I will return and yes, it’s all about their staff there very nice make you feel like."
