The hotel beds are uncomfortable and the staff tried entering our room after we checked into the hotel, saying we needed house keeping. Made us feel uncomfortable and cut our trip short to find another hotel

The Whitehall Houston
First off the staff from manager to the staff were very courteous and attentive to all needs. For the money you would expect breakfast to be included or at least breakfast bar for a flat fee. Rooms we’re starting to really show wear.
