"amazing service and very clean hotel room for a good price. and close to disney"

"Conveniently location with shops and restaurants around it."

"The room was not clean like we expected it compared to other hotels near Disney. There was mold in parts of the bathroom and the sink was clogging the first day we got there…we didn’t use any products to cause that. The sink didn’t go down until we got back from Disney and there was a nasty residue left. I also noticed sticky stains like syrup by the bed side floor that I unfortunately stepped in with my sock. I do not recommend if you booked online they add $300 on top just for parking."

"The room was pretty clean. We had to stay on the 6th floor at the farthest end from the lobby. On our first night the elevator that is closest to our room broke. It had felt shaky the evening before it broke and I worried for my safety. The staff was also not cooperative regarding the deposit. Please note there is no free parking as listed in the website."

"The bi level loft was nice for the size of our family. We also liked having a kitchen for our little one. The walk to the park is quick, safe, and easy. The room was not the cleanest. Lots of thick dust up high and on the walls. And grout looked dirty in kitchen and bathrooms. That was the only thing though that was not quite what I expected. Staff was great. Breakfast was good"
