Very convenient area, close to Disneyland and other areas to enjoy/walk to. Very friendly and helpful staff! My flight landed later than expected, staff made check-in very easily. Also accommodated with a complimentary late check out as well. Enjoyed my stay and would stay here again!

The room was pretty clean. We had to stay on the 6th floor at the farthest end from the lobby. On our first night the elevator that is closest to our room broke. It had felt shaky the evening before it broke and I worried for my safety. The staff was also not cooperative regarding the deposit. Please note there is no free parking as listed in the website.

Beautiful room, but I had the suite and the air conditioning did not ventilate very well in it. I also had an extra charge for the hotel and was not given a receipt stating what the charge was for

We loved having the kitchenette inside the room, it saved us a lot of time and money being able to make hot breakfasts and pack lunches into the park. We found that the room was spacious enough for two of us, and the dishwasher was a huge asset. I will say it didn't work great, but overall a benefit to have. We also really loved having free use of laundry machines. Pack your detergent! We personally found the walk to and from the park was a bit far in the heat wave, so we opted for Ubers/Lyfts. They were about $10 each way. A shuttle service offering would be an incredible addition for this hotel. Overall we were pleased with this stay, the amenities were worth the stay.

The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Because there are only 2 elevators, you have to pack your patience at times. Free laundry machines were great. The pool is only 3 feet deep and quite small, but it worked great for peaceful floating. I wish they offered king size beds! They also need more towels in the room to start for a week long stay. Loved being able to load the dishwasher and start it running as we checked out at the end of a fun week!

Most everything was great, except being woken up by a chirping fire alarm at 2:30 in the morning. The evening concierge did his best by switching out the batteries, but that didn't work. Unfortunately, there were no extra rooms, as the hotel was booked and maintenance wasn't due in until morning. We got some sleep, but it made CA Adventure the next day, rough. Management did do good by us and comped our parking fees for the week and the alarm was fixed while we were at the park that day. The only other complaint would be that they don't have a shuttle that runs to the park. I would have even paid to use a shuttle. The bus wasn't but $2 each way, but we still had to walk to a bus stop. Aside from that, our room, service, amenities and housekeeping were all great.

I like the fact that the bus to Disney stopped right in front. However, that service is no longer available 1 week after our visit. Hopefully, their management would consider a shuttle to bring guests to the park now that the city bus service is gone.
