"Nice rooms"

"We stayed at The Aster while attending a show at the Pantages, and the location couldn't have been more convenient. The hotel was very clean, and our suite was spacious, but several aspects of the stay were disappointing. Upon arrival, we were asked for our full name three separate times—by the valet, front-door security, and the front desk—this felt excessive and unnecessarily repetitive. "It can use an update. Bathtub with stain. Noisy fridge I was just staying for two nights didn’t make a fuss about it. Room definitely needs an update."

"1. Shower water was cold; took 30 minutes to warm up 2. Shower was leaking water all over the bathroom floor; almost slipped more than once - very dangerous 3. Paid more for a balcony room but was overlooking a roof of a building - very ghetto. Not worth the extra $ for this upgrade. 4. Club next door was loud until 3-4am. The music and noise from the guests attending will keep you up I love the rooftop however and its in a great location."

"The property was cute and location was good for our trip, but our stay was only okay due to incredibly poor communication from management. Room was ready nearly an hour late on day of arrival. Front desk staff seemed unsupported with handling this delay, but bartender provided excellent service while we waited. We booked this location specifically for the pool but, unfortunately, were unable to use it at all due lack of communication on part of the hotel. Late check-in meant we had no time to...
