"設備は立派ですが清掃は最悪です！床には足跡、お風呂のドアレール、トイレの排水口はカビだらけ、キッチンカウンターにはホコリ　いったいどこを清掃して23000円も請求するのか理解できません！ 備え付けのタオルには髪の毛がたくさんついてて気持ち悪かったです"

"Aesthetically absolutely beautifully designed interior, however not so functional. We stayed over the new year so it was cold/dry weather so we wish they had humidifiers. The beds are extremely comfortable unlike the beds at the major hotels so we were able to get rest well to recover from 13 hours flight. Unfortunately unlike other guests, we didn't get response from the owner quickly. We got a response 3 days after we checked out which was not a big deal anyway. "

"We loooved this place for the proximity to skiing/snowboarding, the well-appointed kitchen with Hokkaido rice ❤️, and the ability to do laundry. We will be back with friends!"
