The breakfast buffet has an abundance of choices and everything is delicious. The pool is the perfect temperature and the location is convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. "This hotel was excellent! The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfortable, with a really nice huge breakfast buffet with so many options available. We enjoyed the free shuttle to the old town and to the beach area. The pool was really nice and an added bonus was the shared property at Ah Nang Beach where we were able to use the beach chairs at no extra cost. It was a quick Grab ride to the old town, or you could walk about 20 minutes. It was super that they provided free bicycles… I rode to the rice fields which were very close to the hotel, it was a huge highlight for me. I highly recommend the Saga Hotel for staying in Hoi An area."

"This hotel is stunning. A beautiful boutique oasis and the pictures do not do justice. I ended up paying more upon arrival for a higher floor room overlooking the courtyard so I could get a quiet nights rest. Bed was comfortable, staff was attentive and AC worked great. Breakfast was above average. The only improvement for me would be for the hotel to offer an adults only time at the pool. There was always kids there and it wasn't relaxing because of that. It's a 15 minute walk to old town and there are shops and restaurants close by. I rented a scooter across the street which was convenient. All in all a great stay and I would return! "

"All in all, one of the best hotels we stayed in in a long trip. The location is excellent, near the town but far enough to be quiet. The pool is lovely. Breakfast excellent. The rooms feel luxurious. The staff helped us with many things."
