I came for the Peace Memorial Museum and Park, so the neighborhood was perfect, and convenient in other ways, such as restaurants. My walks were lovely and being near the river was charming. English speaking was a help to me, and they were helpful to hold my luggage after I checked out.
Very nice hotel super close to the A bomb museum and historical sites. Easy cable car or bus trip from the main Hiroshima station to the hotel. Definitely a good spot!

We will stay again
Hiroshima park side hotel was a good stay.
Staff were good, check in easy.
Room size is small enough room for two cases and also there is hanging space.
Good location, close to peace park and memorial, easy access to tram line to get to Miyajima ferry station. Lots of restaurants and shopping.
Great location. Very close to peace memorial park and the ferry to miyajima island. Lots of good restaurants around it. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Would book again if we go back
The hotel is in a great location, a couple blocks from the cable car, several restaurant options, and the Hiroshima Peace Park. It is on a quiet street but cluster to a lot. The staff is super friendly.
This is my second time staying at this hotel and it hasn’t disappointed. There have been some renovations since I last stayed, which make this business hotel feel a bit more modern. I highly recommend staying here as it’s walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Staff are very kind and attentive.
Excellent location near the peace park, transportation, restaurants and other activities. Clean. Not huge, but adequate space. Thoughtful design. The staff was friendly, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was as good as possible. Highly recommended!
Note -- google directed us to the alley behind the hotel.
It was a good hotel in a good location near the peace park. Very convenient. The food options weren’t the best, but it was ok. The down side was there is no restaurant on premises. The hotel features say that there is one, but there is none. 🙁 others than that, it was good.

Very disappointing - especially if you need a taxi
Glad I only stayed for one night.
The staff were good and tried to be helpful.
The hotel was.... disappointing.
The room smelled. Actually, it stunk... of cheap, nasty artificial scent. Seriously, it was horrible.
There was a kettle and cup in the room... but no tea/coffee!?!
The bed was comfortable but you get one tiny pillow... pretty much useless.
Slept OK... then the sting in the tale...
I came down to reception to book a taxi to the station. The staff cannot book a taxi!! I had to walk round the the main road to get a taxi from a rank.
Of all the hotels I stayed in during my Japan trip, this was, by far, the worst.

Older hotel with few amenities. Location is ideal next to Peace memorial Garden and East access to transportation.
The hotel was easy to get to from the train station by bus or tram. Hotel room was small which is typical for Japan. It is modern and clean. The hotel uses keys rather than room cards.
The bathroom is small agin, but there are no hooks to hang your clothes. That should be addressed. The room has a kettle but they do not supply any tea or coffee. We had to buy our own. There is a small fridge to store milk etc. One annoying this is there is no bed reading lights. When you are sitting in bed at night, you don't always want the ceiling light on. For a new hotel it is an over sight. It has two washers and two driyers on the 2F, free for guest to use. However, there is only one lift. During peak times, you do need to wait longer than other hotels.
Overall we had a good stay. It is very close to the peace park and most tourist attractions. Everything is less than 15 mins away. There is also a boat service to take you to Miyajima Island by the river. Overall, it is a good hotel but with small changes it can be much better.
