walking distance to Hiroshima Station. Decent size room and good layout. The building is close to train tracks but not noisy. Daily room service. Needed to pay $150 yen per person per night for onsen on 10th floor even if you don’t use it, still a great deal! Easy check in/check out process. Overall had a great experience and stay. Will definitely book again in the future.

Good location and good staff

Located close to the main station is a big plus and the station complex offers almost everything a traveller needs. Room was generally clean except the smell of cigarette smoke lingered. It was not a non-smoking room so it's understandable but it still a bit unpleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful and when I arrived on a heavy rainy night they let me borrow an adaptor for recharging my cell phone. Would like to thank them again here.

Everything was great however the staff didn’t know any other language so it was hard to communicate at times. There were stains on our covers. They were chalky white. I don’t want to even know what they were but yeah you get my drift. Room was small but that was to be expected. Great location. About 20-30 mins walk to tourist stuff but 3 minute walk from the metro station

ツインに大人2名で宿泊。 自動チェックインした際にルームカードが1枚のみだったので、フロントに追加をお願いしたらすぐに対応してくれて助かりました。 部屋は珍しく2F。 廊下からの音がよく聞こえましたが問題なし。 大浴場には朝入りましたが、シャワーヘッドが壊れているものがありました。 外からは丸見えでした… 駐車場は満車でしたので近隣に停めました。 近くなので問題なかったです。
