The location is good. We saw one cockroach in the unit and another giant one in the building. The unit generally needs an upgrade and modernization. Curtains could have been better. We were 3, incl. 2 teenagers, and the unit felt good up to 2 guests only. It was really tight esp as each of us had luggages.

This is a very small space for three people (2 adults and 1 child). We arrived around 10 pm and could not figure out how to get the key until another tenant showed up. There is an emergency number to call but no one answered. I would not stay here again. The place was otherwise clean and well located.

隅々までゴミやホコリなく清潔でした（シーツだけ使用感が大きかった）。コンビニが近くにいくつもあり、安いコインパーキングも多数近くにあり、便利な立地でした。

窓の外には、学校のグランドがあり、夜は静かでした。 飲屋街と離れたエリアなので、治安も良く、とても安心して眠れました。 駅まで徒歩圏内、路面電車もあり便利だと思います。

広島駅の近くでしたが、大通りから少し入った所なのでとても静かで快適でした。 トイレがウォシュレットではなく便座が冷たかったのが少し残念でした。

I do not recommend this stand alone property

The key to the apartment was very difficult to open. I was out in the cold for one hour and the owner did not reply on time. It is an apartment in small road I do not recommend if you need assistance to check in specially in japan that language is big barrier for getting help from people

일단 위치가 좋아요 단바라잇초메역 내리면 1분거리입니다. 첫날만 히로덴 타고 단바라잇초메역에서 내렸고 다음날부터는 히로시마역까지 걸어다녔어요. 히로덴 철길따라 가면 히로시마역 나오니 길 찾기 쉬워요. 그리고 가격 대비 시설 전반적으로 맘에 들었지만 복도가 어둡고 수건교체는 없었네요 그리고 물온도 조절이 힘들었어요 물이 너무 뜨거워요. 그래도 가격 생각하면 감안할 부분이고요 잘 쉬다갑니다!

Wouldn’t stay again

Unfortunately, the building itself is old, dark and smells.It’d be much better with proper lighting at night instead of sensors or hall lights that you had to turn on yourself. The apartment was fine but the bathroom felt a bit like being in an airplane.

整潔但地址提供錯誤

房間較小，不過所以設備齊全，乾淨，但網上提供的地址用google search係錯的，不知是酒店還是hotel.com問題，令我們當晚用了一個多小時都找不到，直至找日本人幫忙，才找到酒店，這個應該要注意一下，免得下一位旅客找不到酒店！
