"Amazing location! Very walkable and close to transportation. So much to do in the area. The hotel was clean and had spacious rooms. The gym was decent. There is onsite laundry but you have to set your clothes multiple times which was annoying. The staff was very helpful. Overall great experience and would stay again"

"Excellent hotel in the middle of the Namba District. Very useful amenities include 10 laundry machines and the Welcome Lounge. For laundry, try to do your laundry in off hours. Late evening and mornings are crowded. Drying takes longer than washing so dryers become a premium. Several verbal altercations about "who was next" for dryer. Welcome lounge was excellent. Small snacks and drinks available. Room met expectations and was kept clean and functional. Nice pajamas are provided."
