"Enjoyed our stay despite the toilet getting stopped up, the tv not working, and the AC dying. Except for the AC, everything was fixed quickly. Staff reacted in a friendly and cooperative manner. Karaoke in the Bistro was great fun. Chocolate martinis were amazing. We would happily stay here ..."

"Air conditioning didn’t work, no staff member was there at 2:15 pm when we arrived so we checked in at 9 pm. Realized at 10:30 A/C didn’t work but was too late to call anyone to fix. When we checked out the next morning no one was at front desk again."
