"During our stay we had left for a short time to Narathiwat. During that time Hat Yai had severe flooding in the hotel was damaged. They were kind and allowed us to come back to our room to gather our belongings once it was safe. They are always kind and I highly recommend their hotel!"

"Great little hotel. It’s been recently updated and is quite nice. The breakfast was the only weird part. We couldn’t get coffee with our breakfast because the cafe wasn’t open yet. Yet there is instant coffee in the room. The breakfast also includes a bit bunch of lettuce on your plate which was also weird. Just a little touch that would make a better experience is all. "

"Great Hotel, Great Location The room was very spacious with a very comfortable King Size Bed. The bathroom was also spacious, well equipped and very clean. Everything was in working order and very clean. The location opposite Hat Yai Central is very convenient. We'll definitely be using Z Sleep Hotel for our accomodation option in Hat Yai. "The most disgusting hotel ive ever stayed in. First room they gave me had blood stains all over the bed sheets. After having to wait half an hour for the owner to turn up and confirm there was indeed blood stains on the bed they moved me to a different room. Guess what? This one didn't have blood stains, just regular bright orange ones all over the bed sheets. And whats more, there were clumps of long, womens hair all over the floor and clogging the sink. Add to all this the cobwebs EVERYWHERE. But we're not finished yet. Because later that night, I walked down the stairs and found myself tredding in dirty water that stank. After wading through I asked the woman on reception and she just shrugged and said 'pipe from toilet on second flood has burst'... luckily it wasn't actual sewage water, but it was still disgusting. I was meant to stay for seven nights but checked out the next morning. If it hadnt been too late to book another hotel the night before, I wouldn't have spent a single second in this disgusting pit."
